“From start to finish, Tina was the person to go to. Once me and my wife were ready to find a home, we were admittedly lost. We contacted other realtors but they either didn’t respond in a timely fashion or didn’t make time for us. However, Tina was the exact opposite. She wasted no time getting back to us directly as soon as she could.
During the initial consultation she took us through this guide book on what to expect when purchasing a home. She walked us step by step, and any questions we had she quickly answered. She talked to us about location, asked us questions to gather a general idea about what homes we are looking to purchase, set us up with the MLS browser, and wasn’t afraid to give suggestions and opinions on any matter. At the same time she introduced us to the mortgage broker, who also was very professional and gave the same level of information as Tina did. Once me and my wife had a list of a few homes we contacted Tina and she quickly set us up with viewings. Her local knowledge was outstanding, everywhere we went she seemed to have some type of prior knowledge about the neighborhood. Tina quickly adapted to me and my wife’s personal preferences when it comes to homes, and would suggest homes that perfectly fit our descriptions. Like I said before, she wasn’t afraid to offer her own honest opinion if we asked for one, which came in handy once it was time to decide on our home. After we found the home of our dreams, we went into escrow. That was a grueling month of documents. As a first time home buyer, I am grateful to have had a realtor as knowledgeable as Tina.
